Order & Shipping Confirmation:
After placing your order, you'll get an email confirmation. During busy times, this might take up to 4 days.
Once your order ships, you'll receive another email with tracking details.
Shipping:
We aim to ship your items quickly, usually within 24 hours. Orders on weekends or holidays go out the next business day.
Your order gets processed when payment is complete. Shipping confirmation includes tracking. Dispatch might take up to 5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates starting from the dispatch date. We're not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Shipping Carrier:
In Sweden, we use DHL for delivery, available for pick-up at DHL service points. For other Nordic countries, we use UPS or DHL.
Delivery Time:
Swedish orders typically arrive within 1-4 days after shipping confirmation. Other Nordic countries receive orders within 2-8 days.
Please note: Swedish national holidays might delay dispatch by up to 7 days.
Returns:
We don't accept returns or exchanges.

Washing Guidelines
Hoodies, t-shirts & sweatshirts should be washed inside out at a maximum of 30°C.
Low centrifugation and air dry — Avoid using a drying machine.
Socks require a similar treatment, washed inside out at a maximum of 40°C. Air dry.
Varsity jackets and other special garments require dry cleaning only.
Caps — Keep them clean.
