ORDER & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. please note that during big drops, confirmation time may take up to 4 days.

as soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. this email will include shipping carrier and tracking info for your parcel.

SHIPPING
we strives to deliver your purchased item/items as soon as possible. the vast majority of our orders will be shipped within 24h from the minute you placed the order. orders placed on weekends and holidays will normally be shipped the next business day.

your order will be processed when the transaction is complete. as soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. this email will include carrier and tracking information for your parcel. dispatch of orders may take up to 5 business days. please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and commence from the date of dispatch. however, we cannot be held liable for any delay that we are not accountable for.

SHIPPING CARRIER
all orders within sweden will be delivered by DHL and will be available for pick-up at your nearest DHL service point. Orders to remaining nordic countries will be delivered by UPS or DHL depending on which shipping rate you choose.

DELIVERY TIME
swedish orders will be delivered within 1-4 days from the day you received the shipping confirmation.orders to remaining nordic countries will be delivered within 2-8 days from day you received the shipping confirmation.

please note that during swedish national holidays, orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch.

RETURNS
we do not accept any returns or exchanges, due to all collections being customized after the order's placed. of course, if there is something wrong with your item/items, please contact us and we will sort it out. return@oneofone.se
